• Achieve monthly sales (primary billing) targets and ensure timely payment collection. • Monitor SKU performance, identify low performers, and drive corrective actions. • Benchmark against competitors and grow Cookd’s share in blended masalas and biryani kits. • Provide accurate SKU-wise monthly sales forecasts and align distributor orders with market demand. • Identify one micro-market each quarter to grow and improve sales performance. • Maintain healthy stock levels at distributor and super stockist points, and prevent stock-outs of top 10 SKUs.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business or related field. • 5+ years of experience in FMCG or Retail Sales. • Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Proficient in MS Excel, sales tracking apps, and reporting tools. • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
