📋 Description
• Oversee training and development of the 5S Program and 5S Audits. • Contribute to the development of interactive content and training videos. • Serve as a point of contact for sites, training site leadership on the Visual Management program. • Conduct site audits for compliance with regional standards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training gaps and create content as needed.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum B.S. • Quality Systems/ Visual Management Manager experience, or equivalent • Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain difficult concepts. • Ability to communicate with varying audiences, from executive leadership to site-level associates. • Project management skills. • Specialized knowledge of document control and visual management.
