• Draft comprehensive demand letters for personal injury cases. • Manage pre-litigation cases including reviewing medical records and accident reports. • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies. • Serve as primary point of contact for clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in pre-litigation case management or demand writing, with a focus on personal injury law. • Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certification preferred. • Excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in AI tools. • Must be based in Colombia and available for a PDT schedule.
