📋 Description
• Consulting and implementation of cloud and on‑prem solutions for clients • Aligning complex requirements between customer needs and technical feasibility • Identifying and leveraging optimization, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities • Leading consulting projects and providing technical support during implementations • Analyzing and preparing customer feedback and project insights for product and management • Monitoring technology trends and assessing their relevance to our business • Presenting our solutions in webinars and client meetings and supporting technical content creation
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in IT consulting or technical consulting, ideally with SaaS products • Strong understanding of cloud and enterprise IT environments such as Azure or AWS • Quick comprehension and enthusiasm for new technologies and topics • Strong communication skills across levels, from IT administrators to executive management • Independent, structured, and proactive work style with a focus on the big picture • A keen sense for business‑relevant technical developments • Confident presence, team spirit, and excellent German and English skills
