• Onboard and train new litigation staff, including litigation case managers, litigation assistants, and paralegals • Develop, maintain, and improve training materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workflow documentation • Conduct coaching sessions, performance reviews, and ongoing skills development • Ensure staff follow firm processes, litigation deadlines, and client communication standards • Train employees on case management systems and litigation best practices • Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and improve operational efficiency • Lead refresher training sessions and continuing education for existing litigation staff • Monitor quality control in file management, court filings, discovery, documentation, and trial preparation • Provide guidance on litigation workflows, calendaring deadlines, and case progression • Serve as a resource for litigation team members by answering questions and reinforcing firm procedures
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in U.S. personal injury litigation • Prior experience training, mentoring, or supervising litigation staff is strongly preferred • Strong understanding of the litigation process from filing through trial preparation and settlement • Experience with pleadings, discovery, medical records, document management, court filings, trial preparation, and litigation deadlines • Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives • Comfortable using case management software and remote collaboration tools • Passion for developing and supporting high-performing litigation teams
