📋 Description

• Design and manage end-to-end go-to-market programs, including timelines, milestones, and cross-functional dependencies • Partner with finance, operations, implementations, sales, and client engagement leadership to protect client experience and identify value at risk • Coordinate action plans supporting revenue attainment • Conduct regular pipeline inspections to surface risks and gaps affecting client value realization, renewals, and growth • Prepare board- and executive-level reporting and translate program data into decision-ready narratives • Drive collaboration and shared accountability across sales, client engagement, marketing, finance, and operations • Collaborate with GTM Operations on enablement materials, playbooks, and training • Own program governance and provide regular reporting metrics to leadership • Facilitate cross-functional working sessions to remove blockers and keep programs on track • Identify client-lifecycle process gaps and lead improvement initiatives from problem definition through rollout • Monitor client experience signals and translate insights into program adjustments • Manage program documentation, communication cadences, and stakeholder updates • Complete special projects and other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or related experience may also be considered • 8+ years of program or project management experience • Experience ideally within go-to-market, client success, or revenue operations functions • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate client health, retention, and revenue data into action plans • Cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 • Proficiency with program management tools such as Asana and Smartsheet • Ability to provide a dedicated, secure work area • Ability to provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance • Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
