• Achieve annual performance targets/quota • Own deep discovery on business challenges • Maintain >4x pipeline coverage • Drive credibility through customer education • Proactively leverage stakeholders in the sales cycle • Actively solicit and act on feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in full cycle, quota carrying sales role at a software-as-a-service company • Preference for Higher Education Experience • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas • Deep understanding of sales methodologies (MEDDPICC & Value Selling) • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills • Proficiency with AI tools and CRMs (Salesforce ideally)
