📋 Description

• Your role will play a major role in our success because your curiosity and pro-activeness will help shape our product and key initiatives • You’ll be part of strategic discussions where you’ll have the chance to participate and leverage your experience, finding opportunities where others didn’t see them • Understanding the current position of the company and where we want to go is key to focus on the most impactful initiatives and open new directions • You’ll know you’re successful when, after 90 days, you’ve gained context and confidence of a complex product and deep understanding of our markets’ landscape • Understood what is your added value to the Design team • Are fully comfortable with our processes and tools

🎯 Requirements

• Well experienced in product design, namely with shipping user-facing features or products • You are able to conduct exploratory user research, setup and conduct usability testing sessions • You are obsessed with user problems and understanding root causes, and you place user research at heart of any discovery process • You are comfortable with design processes and methodologies, capable to adapt frameworks to different realities, continuously welcoming and trying new approaches • You proactively share information, actively request and provide feedback, and facilitate communication for multiple stakeholders • You have full professional proficiency in English.
