📋 Description

• Responsible for oversight of the accounting, financial reporting, and control environment • Leverage accounting expertise in revenue recognition, inventory management, and other complex areas • Direct functional areas within financial reporting and analysis, inventory control, general accounting, and compliance • Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory accounting policies • Oversee monthly accounting close process and maintain accurate accounting records • Understand and manage multiple different revenue streams • Serve as the point of contact for all internal and external audits • Provide training and guidance to finance staff and non-financial colleagues across the business • Mentor/develop direct reports and retain/promote top performers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance • CPA Required, MBA a plus • 10+ years' diverse financial experience in various finance / accounting roles • 3+ years in a hands-on management position • Knowledge of as400 ERP systems preferred • Works effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing deadlines • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong work ethic with willingness and ability to dig into details to accomplish tasks and complete projects
