📋 Description

• Lead EHS Program Standardization • Develop, implement, and maintain standardized EHS processes, tools, and resources across the enterprise • Support Operational Teams • Provide guidance and support to site and regional EHS teams • Manage Shared Services Functions • Oversee centralized EHS functions such as training development, regulatory tracking, incident management systems, and data analytics • Drive Continuous Improvement • Identify opportunities for improvement in EHS performance • Ensure Regulatory Compliance • Establish a process to monitor changes in federal, state, and local regulations • Collaborate Across Functions • Partner with HR, Legal, Operations, and other departments • Lead Incident Response and Analysis • Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning • Monitor and Report Performance • Utilize data analytics to track EHS metrics • Support Technology and Systems Integration • Lead efforts to implement and optimize EHS management systems and digital tools

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline • 6 years’ experience in a related field • 1+ year of experience in management or lead role • the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience in a related field; or 10 years’ experience in a related field
