• Report directly to the Chief Compliance Officer and provide regular updates on compliance program status, risks, and improvement opportunities • Learn the ins and outs of CQ fluency’s Translation Quality Management System (TQMS) and Compliance Program. • Support the CCO in developing and implementing enterprise-wide compliance initiatives aligned with CQ fluency’s mission and growth objectives • Oversee requirements to maintain CQ fluency’s certifications and ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks. • With the CCO and CQ legal counsel, review contracts for compliance requirements. • Coordinate compliance program reporting, metrics and KPIs • Assist in the investigation and documentation of compliance issues and complaints. • Lead the development and implementation of cross-functional and process improvement initiatives. • Support the implementation and training of CQ fluency compliance policies and procedures. • Facilitate compliance tasks in line with HIPAA, HITRUST, GDPR, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements. • Identify risk factors and potential problems and propose innovative solutions.
• 6 years minimum experience working in quality management systems or compliance. • 3 years in program management or organizational/corporate training. • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Advanced Degree preferred • Certifications such as PMP, CHC, CIPP or ISO strongly favored • Experience in leading high visibility, process improvement initiatives • Analytical problem-solving skills • High degree of ownership: Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines • Good judgement, tact and ability to work well with several business units within the organization. • Translation Industry or Healthcare industry experience is a plus • Clear, concise communication skills. • Excellent listening skills. • Passion, humility, integrity, positive attitude, mission-driven, and self-starter
