📋 Description

• Define success metrics and track impact across key business outcomes, including engagement, conversion, retention, and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) • Collaborate with product, marketing, CRM, and digital teams to influence strategic roadmaps and execution • Design and execute A/B tests and experiments, applying statistical methods to rigorously measure impact, ROI, and lift • Maintain technical proficiency by writing advanced SQL queries and utilizing Python or R for deep analysis • Partner with data engineering teams to ensure data quality and integrity

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a hands-on data analyst or growth analytics role • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience). • Proven experience delivering complex data analysis projects in an agile or collaborative environment • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python or R for advanced data analysis and modeling • Experience working with large-scale customer, transactional, or behavioral datasets
