📋 Description

• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms. • Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and improve AI systems. • Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI functionalities into existing applications. • Research and implement the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies. • Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models and tweak as necessary. • Provide technical support to other teams in utilizing AI solutions effectively. • Document development processes, model designs, and results to ensure reproducibility and efficiency. • Participate in code reviews and share best practices with the team. • Contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the AI initiatives within the company.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience as an AI Engineer or similar role in artificial intelligence development. • Strong proficiency in Python, Conversational AI, AI data pipelines, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Agentic AI. • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch. • Familiarity with data preprocessing and data augmentation techniques. • Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns. • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for deploying AI solutions. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Passion for technology and a drive to stay current with industry trends and advancements.
