📋 Description

• Prepare and issue customer invoices based on completed loads and verified documentation. • Review and process carrier bills for payment, ensuring rate accuracy and deduction verification. • Reconcile load financials between the TMS and accounting system (e.g., QuickBooks). • Audit billing discrepancies and resolve payment disputes between carriers and customers. • Maintain accurate records of payments, expenses, and outstanding receivables. • Communicate with operations teams to verify load details and support billing accuracy. • Track and report margins on loads and profitability by customer or carrier. • Assist with month-end closing and prepare reports for management as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or accounting preferred. • Strong understanding of transportation billing, accessorials, and rate confirmations. • Proficiency with TMS platforms and accounting software (QuickBooks, Excel, etc.). • Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines efficiently.
