• Assist in planning, creating, and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (social media, email, paid ads, etc.) • Manage and update social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and engagement with the audience • Help create and schedule email marketing campaigns and newsletters • Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights for optimization • Support in creating content for blogs, social media posts, and marketing materials • Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain the content calendar and ensure deadlines are met • Assist with SEO efforts such as keyword research and on-page optimization • Provide administrative support for digital marketing projects as needed
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role (preferred but not required for entry-level) • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) • Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, or digital advertising tools is a plus • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn new tools and strategies • Essential Tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho CRM, Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads Dashboard, SEMRush, Ahrefs, or Moz, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp, Slack or Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace or MS Office Suite, ChatGPT or Jasper
