📋 Description

• Lead and scale a high-performing product management team across Cribl’s platform organization • Own the roadmap and execution for Cribl Platform • Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, go-to-market teams, and customers • Define and drive product strategy that balances technical depth, business outcomes, and market expansion • Ensure platform scalability, performance, and extensibility • Develop and implement data-driven decision-making frameworks • Be a key voice in strategic planning, pricing, and go-to-market discussions • Lead hiring, onboarding, and development of product managers

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management • At least 3 years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams • Proven track record of scaling enterprise SaaS and B2B software products • Experience leading multiple product areas within a platform • Deep technical acumen • Strong go-to-market expertise • Experience working in cloud-native and hybrid enterprise environments • Demonstrated success in hiring, onboarding, and mentoring PMs • Customer-first mindset • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
