📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for all new client intake across Family Law and Personal Injury • Communicate the value of paid consultations to prospective Family Law clients and encourage them to schedule and pay for initial appointments • Ensure on-site intake staff are ready for in-person consultations and transfer remote consultations in a timely manner • Qualify and triage prospective Personal Injury clients according to firm capabilities • Enter and update lead information in Lead Docket • Manage calendar bookings in Lead Docket and Outlook and coordinate with attorneys • Follow up with no-show clients to reschedule consultations • Coordinate conflict checks and maintain a conflict log • Assist with refining intake scripts and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Proven phone-based sales experience with strong objection handling skills • Outstanding verbal communication with a clear, understandable phone demeanor • High level of empathy and professionalism when dealing with distressed clients • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through • Experience with Lead Docket preferred, with willingness to learn and use it effectively • Bilingual Spanish is a strong plus • Proficiency with Outlook/Office 365 for email and scheduling • Self-directed and reliable in a remote environment, with proactive communication skills • Availability for Eastern Time hours: 8:30am–5:00pm ET, Monday–Friday, with a 30-minute lunch
