📋 Description

• The Cronos Labs ProdOps team is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Product Operations Associate to join our fast-paced and growing team. • The ProdOps team is the glue that ties together all activities related to the smooth launch and maintenance of world-class products. • Responsibilities include developing and maintaining comprehensive product documentation, marketing materials, and operational SOPs. • Act as a central point of contact to coordinate with various teams and external partners to achieve product goals. • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers throughout the development lifecycle to ensure operational feasibility.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field. • 1-3 years of experience in a product-related role (operations, product management, product support). • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. • Proficient in project management tools (e.g. Jira) and comfortable working with technical documentation. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. • Knowledgeable in operational system implementation and process re-engineering. • Strong business acumen with exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. • Experience in the blockchain/DeFi industry is a plus. • Fluency in English is a must while Chinese Mandarin will be a big plus.
