• Shape how creatives interact with AI to maintain brand consistency across images and videos • Own end-to-end design strategy across product application and marketing website • Make independent, data-informed decisions on design direction without constant oversight • Rapidly prototype and iterate on new features and marketing pages (1-2 day turnaround for templated solutions) • Takeover and maintain our Figma design system that scales across all platforms • Create compelling marketing visuals and product UI components that showcase our AI capabilities • Collaborate with engineering team to ensure feasible, pixel-perfect implementation • Drive UX research & competitive analysis initiatives to validate design decisions • Maintain consistent brand identity across all touchpoints

🎯 Requirements

• 📋 Required Experience & Skills • - 5+ years crafting UX and marketing design B2B users love • - Strong command of end-to-end design process, from quick wireframes to pixel-perfect Figma designs • - Figma mastery – you live and breathe component-based design • - Experience designing AI-powered products • - Portfolio showcasing how you've made complex tools feel simple • - Fluent English communication skills
