📋 Description

• Identify and develop brand cooperation opportunities within the Russian crypto landscape • Build and implement strategic partnerships, maintain a pipeline of potential collaborators, and grow a strong local network • Collaborate with the Brand team to craft and distribute PR releases, boosting local brand visibility • Plan and execute both online and offline marketing activities with cross-functional teams (Brand Communication, Brand Experience) to drive user growth • Engage with influencers and thought leaders, inviting them to create user education content and participate in campaigns • Leverage local holidays and trends to support user acquisition through creative, locally-relevant initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in the Crypto/Web3 space • A strong network and external resources in the crypto/marketing field • Excellent communication skills and experience using marketing and analytics tools • Strong writing ability, including press releases and social media content creation • Sharp market awareness and the ability to act quickly on emerging trends • Willingness to travel when needed
