📋 Description

• Manage incoming phone calls • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate tools • Follow client communication procedures and guidelines • Go the extra mile to engage customers • Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• High level of German (written and spoken) (C1) • Good English communication skills (B2) • Excellent communication skills • Strong phone handling skills and active listening • Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt/respond to different personality types • Patient, empathetic, and passionate about helping customers • Problem-solving mindset with confidence in troubleshooting and investigation

🏖️ Benefits

• Meal allowance: EUR 7.23 per day • Transport allowance: EUR 20 per month • Health insurance: Coverage from day one (monthly contribution required); fully covered after 6 months of contract • Fully paid training on the company and the project you will be working on • Career development programs, specialized courses, and language classes • Relocation support – reimbursement of airfare at the end of the 6th month of the contract (up to EUR 400, Economy class) • Relocation from outside Portugal: Shared apartment accommodation for up to 12 months, with rent of EUR 280 including utilities (rent deducted directly from payslip)
