📋 Description

• - Assist clients via inbound calls, chat, or email in the after-sales process by answering • - inquiries regarding reservations and attending to potential requests. • - Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints. • - Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools.

🎯 Requirements

• - Fluency in French (Native); • - Good knowledge of English (B2 level); • - Typing Speed: 20 words per minute. • - Availability to work in rotating shifts • - Good computer skills; • - Any kind of previous experience or contact with clients; • - Excellent communication skills; • - Good listening and empathy skills; • - Good time management skills; • - Team spirit and flexibility.
