📋 Description

• Drive operational performance improvement through structured, data-driven initiatives focused on growth, efficiency, and execution excellence • Partner with regional and functional leadership to assess performance, identify root causes, and implement targeted improvement strategies • Analyze census trends, intake conversion, discharge patterns, provider productivity, scheduling utilization, revenue cycle performance, and cost structures • Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies • Lead change management for new processes, technologies, and performance initiatives • Conduct root cause analyses and develop corrective action plans • Drive accountability through performance scorecards, operational reviews, and metric-based management • Recommend and implement process automation opportunities • Ensure operational practices align with policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards • Mentor operational leaders in performance improvement capabilities and best practices • Assist with integration and stabilization of acquired clinics, programs, and service expansions • Collaborate with technology and analytics teams to improve data visibility, reporting accuracy, and operational insights • Develop executive presentations, business cases, and operational summaries • Design and implement performance improvement initiatives with timelines, measurable outcomes, and accountability • Develop scalable playbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation • Champion continuous improvement, operational excellence, and accountability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • PMP certification highly preferred • MBA, MHA, MPH, or related field preferred • 3–6 years of healthcare operations experience required in a similar role with a healthcare company • Experience as a management consultant, project manager, program manager, or process manager • Must work in the Eastern or Central Time Zone • Experience with private equity firms or a private equity-backed organization highly preferred
