• Proven success leading a sales team, with 3+ years of sales management experience • 10+ years of successful solution sales experience in cybersecurity software and/or infrastructure products • Demonstrated history of exceeding booking and revenue targets as a first-line leader in major/large enterprise accounts • Strong understanding of Cloud Security, SaaS technologies, and competitive offerings in the marketplace • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and consultative sales techniques • Ability to build executive relationships and articulate CrowdStrike's product and business strategies • Aptitude for explaining complex technical concepts to various audiences with different skill levels • Strong problem-solving skills and systematic approach to resolving complex challenges • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills • Strong time management, organizational and decision-making capabilities • Self-motivation with ability to work independently and as part of a team • Willingness to travel as required to support customer and team needs • BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
