📋 Description

• Independently lead all Scrum ceremonies: standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. • Coach the team on Agile principles, continuous improvement, and self-organization. • Foster psychological safety and mediate conflicts constructively. • Plan and track team capacity and utilization (~80% sustainable workload). • Monitor availability and redistribute tasks to avoid overload. • Identify and assess risks early and maintain an active risk register. • Remove blockers within 24–48 hours, escalating effectively when required. • Operate within the Agile triangle—fixed time and budget with flexible scope. • Track velocity, sprint outcomes, story completion rates, and team health. • Collaborate with the Product Owner on backlog refinement and prioritization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or similar • 3–4 years as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager • Hands-on experience leading teams of 4–7 resources across full SDLC • Strong expertise in Scrum facilitation, capacity planning, risk mitigation, and escalation • Proficient in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence) • Exceptional facilitation, communication, problem-solving, and servant leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive outcomes through data.
