🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of hands on software development experience • Strong experience with one or more modern programming languages, for example Node JS, C Sharp, Java, Python, or similar • Solid understanding of relational databases and cloud environments • Experience leading small engineering teams or owning technical decisions • Strong debugging, problem solving, and analytical skills • Experience working in agile environments • Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non technical stakeholders • Comfortable in client facing settings • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
