📋 Description

• Design scalable GTM systems: Own and evolve the architecture connecting CRM, marketing, and revenue systems (HubSpot, InCycle, Omni, etc.) • Build low-code automations: Leverage Zapier, Make, n8n, or custom scripts to eliminate manual work and orchestrate cross-platform workflows • Operationalize AI: Implement AI/ML-driven tools for lead scoring, content personalization, forecasting, and process automation • Integrate data pipelines: Ensure clean, unified data across marketing, sales, and finance systems to support analytics and strategic decisions • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Growth, Operations, and Engineering to align systems design with business objectives • Continuously optimize: Identify process bottlenecks and design smarter workflows that save time, improve accuracy, and drive revenue outcomes
