📋 Description

• Cryptio: builds infrastructure to bring financial integrity to the crypto economy; partnered with clients like Circle, Uniswap, and the Government of El Salvador. • Serve as Enterprise Solutions Consultant helping large institutions, stablecoin issuers, and DeFi projects implement Cryptio’s enterprise-grade back-office platform. • Lead onboarding and implementation for enterprise clients, from kick-off to post-go-live support. • Understand each client’s business model and configure Cryptio to fit their workflows. • Map fund flows and align the platform with clients’ reporting and finance stack. • Drive adoption by training clients to be confident and autonomous by implementation end. • Act as a trusted advisor, anticipating client needs and guiding them through challenges.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in consulting, ERP/enterprise software implementation, or financial services (Big 4 or fintech background a plus) • Deep subject matter expertise in accounting, reconciliation, loans, and crypto concepts • Experience in client-facing roles, ideally onboarding or implementing enterprise software • Understanding of financial workflows, accounting principles, and reporting systems • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and technical architecture • Strong communication with technical teams and executive stakeholders • Consultative, problem-solving approach and ability to thrive in multi-stakeholder environments
