📋 Description

• Assist other analyst with reviewing primary and excess risks • Participate in preparing submissions, policy wordings, and related documentation • Obtain and review necessary company approvals • Collaborate with Operations teams on file setup and documentation • Learn and apply the company’s risk appetite, guidelines, and policies • Develop a strong understanding of client needs and expectations • Attend meetings and conference calls as appropriate complete funding returns and collection process • Contact individuals or businesses with overdue accounts • Maintain detailed records of interactions and outcomes • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Proven ability to build relationships and establish trust • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical and organizational abilities • Professional interpersonal skills for internal and external client interaction • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Comfortable discussing payment plans and resolving disputes • Certified Collection Professional (CCP) or similar credential is a plus • Willingness to travel as needed • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment.
