⢠EA designation required, with current enrollment status ⢠Minimum 3 years of experience in retirement plan administration, with a focus on combo plans including DC administration ⢠Strong understanding of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations applicable to small retirement plans ⢠Proven ability to communicate complex actuarial concepts to nonactuarial audiences ⢠Experience working with retirement plan software platforms and contributing to feature development ⢠Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills ⢠Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with data analysis tools ⢠Familiarity with our software is highly desirable ⢠Prior experience in a client-facing support role ⢠Exposure to software testing or QA processes ⢠Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment ⢠Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
