• Manage reimbursement activities with a focus on collections and regulatory compliance • Build a skilled team for prompt payer reimbursements • Oversee timely claim reconciliation processes • Audit collection notes and monitor denial rates • Maintain communication with departments on payment issues • Manage scheduling to optimize resource allocation • Conduct monthly reporting on KPIs and denial analysis • Deliver coaching and feedback to management team
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required • 2-4 years in a Supervisory role required • 2-4 years of home infusion billing and/or collections highly preferred • CPR+ or CareTend experience preferred • Strong understanding payer contract interpretation • Strong understanding of government payer standards
