📋 Description

• Deliver hands-on and virtual training to bank staff on NuPoint loan functionality. • Educate customers on best practices for integrating NuPoint into their workflows. • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor throughout the transition. • Assess existing loan processes and identify integration points with NuPoint. • Configure money movement integrations for accurate automated accounting. • Prepare banks for conversion week and ensure readiness for go-live. • Collaborate with Loan Conversion Specialists to validate data integrity. • Build strong relationships with bank teams and represent CSI professionally. • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Minimum 2 years in banking loan operations, loan processing, or lending preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to influence and guide with diplomacy and tact • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Technical aptitude and proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel required) • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Travel: 30–50% for onsite training and support
