📋 Description

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation • Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies aligned with market demand to drive product adoption • Create clear, compelling messaging and content that communicates product value propositions to target audiences • Collaborate with Product Management to support roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and market alignment • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to develop sales enablement materials and demand‑generation campaigns • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales performance, market share, adoption, and customer satisfaction, and adjust strategies based on insights • Collaborate with Pricing teams to support pricing, packaging, and product bundling strategies • Serve as the primary point of contact for product‑related inquiries from internal teams and external stakeholders • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Product marketing experience within Banking, Fintech, or Software (SaaS) (required) • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles • Strong understanding of product management and marketing principles • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast‑paced environment • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies • Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with stakeholders at all levels • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving organization • Willingness to travel up to 20%
