• About CSN Brimell Collision • In 1970, CSN Brimell started out as a 1000 sq ft. Collision Repair Centre located in Scarborough, ON. • Today, CSN Brimell is an 18,000 sq ft. state of art facility and has been recognized in the collision industry for its forward thinking and production processes. • CSN Brimell has several Original Manufacturer certifications and is a “preferred” collision repair shop for most major insurance companies. • The Parts and Production Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the collision repair facility by managing parts logistics and overseeing the production process from start to finish. • This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments. • The coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all necessary parts are available, repairs proceed smoothly, and production targets are met.

🎯 Requirements

• Utilize Mitchell Connect and Audatex software • Understand the flow of repair process in the shop • In depth understanding of OEM Procedures • In depth knowledge of Health and Safety guidelines • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an automotive or collision repair setting. • Strong understanding of inventory management and automotive parts logistics. • Familiarity with repair management systems (e.g., Summit, Mitchell, Audatex) is an asset. • Knowledge of insurance Direct Repair Programs (DRP) and guidelines. • I-CAR training or certification is an asset. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word). • Valid ‘G’ Class (or equivalent) driver’s license with a clean abstract. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
