Centorrino Technologies (CT) recognised as a Great Place to Work and Best Places to Work in Australia. • The Technical Business Analyst (TBA) acts as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery team. • Responsible for gathering, analysing, and documenting business and technical requirements and ensuring solutions align with business outcomes and architectural standards. • Work closely with customers, developers, solution architects, and project managers to ensure requirements and business benefits are tracked through delivery cycles and sprints to final showcases.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, Agile BA, Scrum Master) desirable. • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a technical focus in IT projects and/or software development. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle. • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. • Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent. • Proficiency in documenting processes (BPMN, UML, flowcharts, data models). • Experience with APIs, integrations, and system interoperability. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Background in software engineering, data analysis, or system administration. • Experience in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS). • Familiarity with SQL or other query languages. • Valid Vulnerable People / Working with Children Check (WWCC) and Police Check required.
