📋 Description

• Analyze, organize, update financial records. • Perform regular, detailed audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures, and investments. • Perform daily reconciliation of credit card, bank accounts, cash accounts, spending accounts, etc. • Setup financial accounts as needed. • Oversee ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable/receivables. • Liaise with Tax Accountants to track tax payments and returns. • Monitor bookkeeping activities regularly. • Keep company financial information confidential. • Ensure vendor accounts are kept up to date for the entire organization. • Inventory Management China Purchase Management

🎯 Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in relevant field. • Proven work experience as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). • Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). • Preferably experienced accounting/finance employees specializing in US Accounting System. • Familiarity with accounting applications, modules, and financial statements. • Motivation to exceed expectations while working independently. • Friendly, fast learner who can adapt to change and have a “can-do” attitude. • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Teams, etc.
