📋 Description

• Carry out corrective and preventative maintenance on Cubic equipment • Respond quickly to repair equipment and follow maintenance procedures • Minimise downtime during fault callouts • Assist with equipment installations and handle module delivery and collections • Assist with Management lead project work and deputise for the Field Service Team Leader when appropriate • Carry out vehicle stock checks and maintain assigned vehicle and FORs accreditation • Comply with Health and Safety and quality standards • Embrace training and continuous improvement and participate in full technical training and mentoring programme

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience in a technical service/maintenance environment • Engineering qualification • Strong customer service and communication skills • Clean driving license • HNC or equivalent in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering (desirable) • Experience with SLA-driven contracts (desirable) • Willingness to work permanent night 4x4 shifts • FORs accreditation (maintain assigned vehicle and FORs accreditation)
