📋 Description

• Lead End-to-End Project Delivery: Drive multiple projects from initial ideation or assignment through full completion, ensuring alignment with scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. • Facilitate Strategic Project Planning: Partner with internal business stakeholders to lead project planning sessions, define scope, and establish clear, quantifiable goals and outcomes. • Design and Execute Robust Project Plans: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and performance tracking mechanisms to ensure successful execution and on-time delivery. • Monitor Progress and Communicate Status: Utilize project management, data visualization, and communication tools to track performance, monitor milestones, and provide clear, consistent project updates to teams and stakeholders. • Manage Risks, Issues, and Quality: Apply quality and project management tools to proactively identify risks or issues, collaborate with team members to implement solutions, and track resolution using data-driven insights. • Oversee Budget, Research, and Analysis: Plan and monitor project budgets, conduct research, and perform project data analysis to support informed decision-making and project optimization. • Enable Team Performance and Development: Assign appropriate resources, guide project teams through each stage of delivery, and provide ongoing coaching and project management guidance to enhance individual and team success. • Promote Continuous Improvement and Best Practices: Document lessons learned, maintain accessible project records, and share project management best practices across teams to strengthen organizational project excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Need experience in problem solving/ 8D/SRCA, product development or current product experience • Must be able to travel to the USA • Master degree prefered
