📋 Description

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Smartsheet solutions for clients • Conduct in-depth needs analysis and gather client requirements to develop tailored solutions • Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables • Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process • Create and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure successful adoption of Smartsheet solutions • Identify and resolve any technical issues or challenges faced during implementation • Stay up-to-date with the latest Smartsheet features and functionalities to provide innovative solutions • Assist in pre-sales activities such as product demonstrations and client presentations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field • Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing and supporting Smartsheet solutions • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Experience in training and conducting workshops
