📋 Description
• Oversee day-to-day operations and common area maintenance for retail properties • Manage property operations and financial reporting • Cultivate relationships with tenants and vendors • Implement operational initiatives for profitability and safety • Develop preventive maintenance plans and oversee property improvement initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• Hands-on retail property management experience • Proven ability to foster productive tenant and vendor partnerships • Ability to address tenant inquiries, complaints, and concerns • Availability for after hours support on a 24/7 basis • Experience in property inspections and maintenance needs assessment
