📋 Description
• Manage the month-end closing process, including reconciliations and general ledger accuracy. • Review and maintain balance sheets, ensuring compliance and data integrity. • Prepare documentation and provide support for the external audit. • Review and monitor sales taxes and international VAT. • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline accounting workflows. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data across systems. • Support ERP-related accounting activities (Fulfil, Netsuite, QuickBooks, or similar).
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. • 3-5 years of experience in accounting roles. • Proven experience with month-end closings, reconciliations, and audits. • Proficiency with ERP systems (Fulfil, Netsuite, QuickBooks, or Microsoft Dynamics). • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and US Sales Tax. • Fluent English communication skills. • Based in Latin America and able to work 9 AM – 6 PM EST.
