• utilizes several tools to help close care gaps throughout the year • performs medical record reviews abstraction and interact with regional teams and other stakeholders • supports EMR provider engagement • actively seeks opportunities for process improvement • supports effective medical record capture for HEDIS® medical record review
🎯 Requirements
• 3 years' recent and related health care experience in any setting • 1 year of Medicare experience and/or 1 year of HEDIS medical record abstraction experience • Ability to use standard corporate software packages and applications
