📋 Description

• Assist with establishing and implementing results-based programs and innovative initiatives for network operations under general supervision • Apply in-depth network operations knowledge to provide feedback for decisions and innovation strategies • Review, design, load, and audit complex contracts, agreements, amendments, and fee schedules in contract management systems • Conduct research, analysis, and audits to identify issues and propose solutions protecting data, contract integrity, and performance • Provide technical expertise on contracting, related systems, and associated information • Coordinate complex contracting activities and implementation • Receive and process contracts and documentation • Perform pre- and post-signature contract review and language modification • Coach junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities • Perform other duties as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience working with Medicaid and claims • Demonstrated computer literacy • Ability to navigate internal and external computer systems • Microsoft Excel and SQL • Ability to work standard business hours Monday-Friday, supporting Central Standard Time • Ability to effectively participate in a multi-disciplinary team including internal and external participants • Ability to use critical thinking skills to analyze claims, contracts, and state regulations for configuration • Strong customer service skills • Working knowledge of planning, delivering, and supporting execution and delivery • Working knowledge of business intelligence • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills • Ability to collaborate within a team and interdepartmentally • Ability to self-motivate and drive own growth regularly • High school diploma or GED • Bachelor’s degree or specialized training/certification
