📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end roadmap for the Clinician Performance product portfolio • Drive product strategy for AI-powered features • Develop and maintain a rigorous approach to A/B testing and experimentation • Partner with engineering and design to ship features • Coordinate across a complex stakeholder map • Define and track KPIs that connect product decisions to business outcomes • Conduct discovery with clinicians and operations managers • Leverage AI tools in your own workflow

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent combination of training and experience • 4–7 years of product management experience • Background in gamified or performance-driven SaaS • Comfort operating in an AI-accelerated environment • Hands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B experiments • Ability to navigate ambiguity and stakeholder complexity • Strong data orientation • Excellent written and verbal communication
