📋 Description

• Plan, monitor, and manage Market Conduct Exam projects from initiation through completion • Leverage business expertise across Market Conduct Exams to ensure Aetna Pharmacy meets compliance standards and state regulations • Secure resources and manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes using formal processes and tools • Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize responses and ensure on-time completion • Collect facts and use clinical analytical capabilities to provide guidance on Market Conduct Exams • Research and respond to complex compliance requests for information • Monitor pharmacy compliance activities, identify and report trends, and streamline Market Conduct Exam processes • Collaborate with teams to develop responses and identify potential compliance changes • Gather information and develop responses for Market Conduct Exams with the compliance regulatory team • Refine business needs analysis methods and establish process improvement requirements and specifications • Create project and program plans aligned with business objectives and organizational standards • Coach and support junior project and program managers using KPIs to measure progress and analyze outcomes • Facilitate knowledge sharing among project teams and improve project and program management practices • Create continuous improvement plans and design change management protocols to enhance delivery processes and outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience in the healthcare and/or pharmacy industry • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Collaboration and teamwork skills • Growth mindset, agility, and developing-yourself-and-others skills • Execution and delivery skills, including planning, delivering, and supporting • Business intelligence skills • Attention to detail • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Superior critical thinking skills • Effective time management, organization, and prioritization skills • Ability to quickly grasp business concepts, objectives, and strategies • Ability to collaborate effectively and professionally with internal and external partners • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience managing simultaneous projects with multiple deliverables • Knowledge of fully insured health plans • Understanding of legal requirements • Experience with compliance, audit, and market conduct exams • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
