📋 Description

• Designs cross-functional solutions to address client-specific challenges related to Star Ratings performance • Directs development of the organization's client-specific government programs action plan to ensure compliance with Star Ratings program • Advises organizational teams to develop and execute government program procedures and processes to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services • Leads the development of Star Rating initiatives, develops strategies, presents recommendations, and implements solutions to improve overall client-level performance • Collaborates with regional and local account management and sales teams on Star ratings strategies based on clinical intervention services • Provides support in the resolution of complex Star rating issues and requests, as well as continuously assessing program needs to expand existing opportunities • Drives the success of projects in collaboration with senior management, stakeholders, and senior individual contributors • Evaluates performance through regular, timely feedback to ensure delivery of exceptional services and engagement, motivation, and team development

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Medicare/Stars or Healthcare/Pharmacy Quality, Program Management, or Strategy • Health plan experience • Familiarity with CMS measurement methodologies and regulatory updates • Adept at problem solving and decision making skills • Adept at collaboration and teamwork • Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) • Adept at business intelligence
