📋 Description

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog for an assigned product within the Utilization Management value stream • Translate business, operational, clinical, and regulatory needs into clear product requirements and delivery priorities • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure shared understanding of priorities, scope, and expected outcomes • Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver features and enhancements aligned to business and operational goals • Support platform capabilities across Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid while accounting for line-of-business-specific needs • Identify, manage, and communicate dependencies, risks, and impacts across teams, products, and workflows • Support development and ongoing refinement of the product roadmap for the assigned product area • Define, monitor, and socialize product, delivery, and outcome metrics tied to business objectives • Partner with leadership to support implementation planning, readiness, and communication for new capabilities • Contribute to cross-product coordination and value stream planning to support broader Utilization Management strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years work experience • Adept at problem solving and decision making skills • Adept at collaboration and teamwork • Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills • Adept at business intelligence • Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification
