Fresh graduates welcome. • CXG: global customer experience agency serving luxury brands across 70 countries with 12 offices. • Join a dynamic, fast-paced environment and work closely with worldwide teams. • Responsible for entire mission execution cycle for designated area, handling fieldworks and pilots. • Aim for successful, timely and cost-effective execution of local projects. • Recruit, train and certify active Evaluators from internal database (emails/phone calls). • Manage timely assignment and execution of missions per company standards, client requirements and deadlines. • Coordinate and report project status to Operations Manager or Operations Team Lead.
• Strong interest and experience in project coordination and community management. • Excellent communication skills. • Microsoft Office skills required. • Excellent abilities in organizing and coordinating project activities. • Positive and outgoing personality. • Being resourceful, proactive, and having a problem-solving mindset. • Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation in managing tasks and projects. • Time management and planning/scheduling. • Interpersonal skills- strong Customer-service orientation. • Knowledge of the luxury industry is a plus. • Fluency in English and German required.
