📋 Description

• Analyze customer data and create business cases. • Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams. • Showcase how our platform delivers measurable benefits. • Help customers make informed purchasing and renewal decisions. • Drive adoption, renewals, and revenue growth. • Ensure customers maximize their investment.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Value Engineering, Sales Consulting, Customer Success, Business Consulting, or Financial Analysis in a SaaS environment. • Strong preference for candidates with experience in UCaaS, CCaaS, Telecom, CX or related industries. • Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills (ROI, TCO, cost-benefit analysis). • Ability to extract and interpret customer data to create compelling business cases. • A background in crafting and delivering compelling presentations and business case artifacts (internally or externally facing) • Strong Executive presence • Experience collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams in a SaaS company. • Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools (Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, Looker, or similar). • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset. • Proven ability to develop scalable tools, dashboards, and frameworks that drive value engineering initiatives. • A self-starter who takes initiative, wants to help build out the Value Engineer function, is creative, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment
