📋 Description

• Driving strategic initiatives in close collaboration with the team to ensure decisions are executed effectively and aligned with business objectives. • Supporting business planning by helping departments shape their strategic agendas, define priorities, and break them down into actionable workstreams. • Providing data-driven insights through dashboards and reporting that support critical decision-making and performance visibility. • Lead end-to-end delivery of high-priority strategic initiatives, from scoping and planning to execution and post-implementation review. • Translate strategic goals into clear project roadmaps with defined milestones, ownership, and success metrics. • Proactively identify risks, remove roadblocks, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams. • Partner with cross-functional teams to align decisions, priorities, and resources for maximum business impact. • Facilitate annual and quarterly planning processes by helping departments define priorities, set measurable objectives (OKRs/KPIs), and build actionable execution plans. • Design and run effective operational rhythms, including leadership meetings, strategic reviews, and decision-making forums — ensuring discussions are structured, outcomes are documented, and actions are tracked to completion. • Develop and maintain scalable project management frameworks, tools, and templates to improve efficiency and consistency across the organization. • Monitor initiative performance against defined success metrics, providing insights and recommendations for course corrections. • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement by sharing project management best practices and coaching stakeholders. • Champion collaboration and clarity, ensuring stakeholders stay informed, engaged, and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Business Operations, or Business Administration roles. • Previous experience working at VC funds, PE, Investment Banks or financial organisations • Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities and leading cross-functional initiatives. • Strong experience in business analytics, or quantitative analysis-related fields; • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, active listening abilities, and a creative, solution-oriented mindset. • Nice to have: personal or professional exposure to the crypto industry.
